Hey Guy. Well I'm sure most of you are aware we are less than 20 days away from the mid-year exams.
I'm sure everyone is very excited!
VCE is essentially a competition. A competition which promotes learning by forcing students compete with other students. Let's liken VCE year 12 to a sports analogy. VCAA are your referees. Your team is the school you study in. Everyday you study with your team, pushing your mental capacity to the very limit. Dedicated team members will spend time in the mental gym more commonly known as the State Library of Victoria (or school library.) The big match happens in November, where every team participates in the "End of Year Exam." where it is a battle royale of mental powers.
VCE's competitive nature is essentially a reflection on society, those who push themselves, practice and study hard will excel whilst those who don't will fall behind. The strenuous stress that we are put through will have its rewards at the end. Just look forward and try and imagine the end where everything will end and it'll all seem worthwhile

Christian: Miss, can I go to the toilet?
Ms. Seymour: Why? Can't you just tie a knot in it?
Only at a boys school
Charlie Lewin: Year 12 is like your second kidney... You think you don't need it, and then you realise that you probably do after all .
This comment went on for a bit, it didn't make too much sense so I didn't put the rest of it on
Branwell Travers: Year 12 is like the biggest loser.. exept instead of losing weight you gain it and rather than trying have the smallest number at the end your trying to get the biggest ..
Year 12 and Weight Gain. Er... I'd be surprised anyone gained weight because of year 12
Ms. Seymour: Maybe she just wanted a taste of everything (on the former lesbian girlfriend in Jindabyne)

VCE is like a pimple. As your stress builds up, it grows and grow. Until when its all over it burst releasing all its stress in one wonderful moment.
I made that one up! XD.
Story time.
School Ties
“Hey good game yesterday Anna!” Frank said.
“Thanks Frank, but my stick broke!” Anna exclaimed.
“Really! How?” Frank asked.
“Well there was this group of boys…”
Anna caught Dane’s eye. He was frantically shaking his head and putting shaking his hand across his neck, clearing asking Anna to shut up.
“er… were on a bus… and it ran over the stick. It snapped in two.”
It sounded lame, even as Anna said it.
“Ah… that’s a shame then. You’ll just have to get a new stick then.”
“Yeah, I got to go maths now…”
“Alright, See ya!”
Dane was trying to get away from Anna. But he was blocked by a giant group of year 7 girls gossiping about Jusin Biber.
“Why can’t I tell him about your friends?” Anna asked, confronting Dane.
“Because… “ Dane said vaguely still trying to get past the girls who were saying in various high pitched voice “Justin Biber’s so hot!”
“Because what?!” Anna said pressingly.
“Because… Idontwanteveryonetoknowiwasinagang “
“What?”
“Because ... I don’t want every to know I was in a gang.”
“Why?”
But then Dane finally got passed the gaggle of girls and escaped Anna’s clutched.
“And so, all you need to do is sub x=5 back into the derivative function, and you can find the the gradient of the line as it approaches positive infinity.” Anna’s math teacher said cheerfully.
“Oh is that all?” There was a lot of muttering at school that day.
“Hey do you need a hand?” the boy sitting next to her asked. The boy was like he came out of a teen magazine. Immaculate hair, face was so incredibly pimple free, it didn’t seem at all puberty possible.
Anna could not have been more intimidated by it.
“Um yeah, do you have any idea what he’s talking about?”
“Limits? Nope, something about limits is derivative and then you can find x or something like that.”
Anna found herself laughing.
“Maybe we could work on it together?”
