~Happy Birthday Catherine!~
Hey guys! Good to finally write another blog again. I think I'll have a few new readers. Welcome to this little corner of the internet. I try and update once a week on Wednesday, but sometimes it goes awry :(. I post stuff from my life and a photo or two from my photography to break up the blocks of text. Really I just this to regurgitate words. You'll find poor syntax and mistakes everywhere but I hope you enjoy anyway!
Another week, another 21st. Well, that was eventful night. Sometimes you meet people at parties or you get to know people a bit more. Those first few times you meet a person, everyone runs through their head, whether you guys can get along and maybe be friends; not just acquaintances.
It always interesting to talk to people who can see through all the facades I put up when meeting new people. Hell, its interesting to talk to friends who I still have facades up even though they can see right through them.
They're the most fun and interesting people to talk to. You can see your own chinks in your amour. Then you can see for yourself which part of your amour you want to keep and which part you don't find as important.
I mean, I know there's a lot of people who who wear their heart on their sleeves. I can see how it would appeal to people to be able to say what you want, when you want. Its probably a lot more fun and exciting. I'm just always too scared of making mistakes and messing everything up. So I don't say anything out of character for myself.
And yeah, I do, I do wish I was a little more relaxed and be a little more trusting in other people, but I guess I'm just too practiced at hiding everything from everyone to change now.
Really, if I was different, I wouldn't know what to do with myself.
Holidays has finished and so I'm back at university. Its been good to see everyone again ad the subjects I've chosen for my final semester of my undergraduate degree will be difficult and interesting.
We have a new prince in the form of a new born.! Isn't that exciting?
No one cares.
Also, +1 for new born and not baby?
The liberal released their policy on asylum seekers. Lets get a military commander to report directly to the minister of immigration. That's a good idea!
Said no one ever.
Seriously, I'm so disappointed at the state of Australian politics. Its just the Liberal and Labor parties fear mongering the public for votes. I mean without a doubt, the army needs to be involved in responding to refugees sightings.
But really, putting an army commander in charge of the entire of problem? Calling it a national emergency? Seriously are we being invaded? Maybe we should invoke conscription, because, you know our homeland is being threatened by the invading hordes right? God damn get your crap together.
