Nothing too new this week just the same holiday stuff.

Hmm, lets talk... Snapchat. For those of you don't know Snapchat is a new form of er... I'm going to use the word "communication"... that's really quite popular now. Other words to describe it would be a social fad, social media or just crap.

For those who don't know snap chat is an app which allows you to send photos (NOT NECESSARILY OF YOURSELF), add text to it, draw on it and then send it to a friend. The photo is then automatically deleted after 1-10 seconds depending on what you set it to.

Now the really easy thing, is to go "oh, so people just send stupid selfies and/or sex photos.

BUT. it can be used for, (god forbid) communications.

By sending both a photo and a text message you can essentially communicate two messages. One could be a photo showing where you are and the other is just a message saying what you would normally say in a text message.

This way you can send two messages instead of the one and you can learn more about the other person and stuff they do.

Which is unfortunate, because Snapchat is already dying in my friends.

This would be the part where I showed some examples of Snapchat doing exactly what I described, but I can't because the photos destroy themselves.

And we all know that there's NO way that you can save these snapchat messages.

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee another week. Sometimes I write utter trash and then facepalm and try and rewrite anything and everything that I wrote in a draft. Totally had to do that this week.

Well, the Australian open is nearly over and there has been a nice sequence of upsets and surprises. As such there has been a lot of commentary about the players playing on edge or playing on tilt. Its an interesting expression.

I feel playing on tilt means to play on edge lends strongly to playing on feeling and being able to do well in well in situations that are different from normal moments and what athletes practice to do. Being able to play on tilt is important to win those 50-50 situations.

Playing on tilt, is not everything. Being able to create 60-40 situation is probably more important. You don't have to win tilt points if you never get any, because all the chances that you create are better than 50-50 in your favor.

Winning tilt points however, makes you feel so good though.

I FEEL LIKE I HAD A POINT BUT I REALLY DIDN'T
