This amuses me greatly.
So I just submitted an assignment. For the first time in a very long time, this assignment actually felt comfortable and not last minute. Kind of weird, no late night snapchats, comparing assignment at 1pm, checking discussion board. But everything is all done and there's none of that drama which is slightly weird.
The options for the rest of tonight. Read Andrea's book, Gone Girl, write a post, or continue my literature review for my research.
Okay, so really only two options.
Anyway, I've decided to write a post.
So I say the phrase "You amuse me greatly." I'm not sure, but I could have stolen it off someone. Doesn't matter, made it my own now.
You amuse me greatly really should be I am both amused and bemused. When people amuse me by saying or doing something. Which is a lot of things;
- acting out of character
- putting themselves in a bad situation
- saying something in character but unique to them
- Or a combination of the three
- Amused at something that really shouldn't be funny
Me being amused is like a wry smile. Probably something that I shouldn't be smiling about, but I have a terribly black sense of humor.
So don't be offended when I make that comment.
