From ABC
"Tomorrow I start the 2 year epic journey, which decides my social standing in the Asian community, which will (according to my parents) decide the course of my life. Tomorrow, I will be attending St. Kevins College, doing the first of 2 years of VCE. This is one Asian stereotype that I do fit in. I wish everyone else taking this journey with me good luck and have fun."
That was the 3rd post of this entire blog and since then very little has changed. Except perhaps I don't care as much as to where I stand in the Asian community. The journey has been long, arduous with the words tedious and finiky coming to mind. But the people I have met along the way has made it all the worthwhile.
When tommorrow comes around, in less than 8 hours some of you will be happy, jumping up and down like a complete lunatic or you will crawl up in a little ball in bed shut yourself away from the world.
It's a 4 digit number accurate to the nearest .05. Nothing more. It may be reflective of the effort you have put in this year, it might not be. It may be reflective of the knowledge you accluminated over 12 years of education and it might not be. It could be your ability to regurgitate information on the day of the exams or it could be your social events that you sacrificed to study.
In the end it doesn't matter except for the fact of whether you get into your course. The 4 digit number only indicates whether you 're in your first, second or third preference. That is the only question I'll be asking and answering tomorrow.

Jack All 18 - What 4 digit numbers don't matter
The best status update to come up so far!
Hm.... I wonder if I agree.
Speaking of numbers...

What to say when you need conmiserate a friend about not getting what they needed. "You tried your best, have fun with the rest of your life as a janitor."
Harsh much?
And now for something completely different... or not so?
