Day 64 - Ripples
University is well and truely underway. I had my first 23 hour week, and not going to lie, it was very tiring. My god, we're expected to do so much ourselves now. Like god damn it, if you don't do homework, literally no one cares. I mean teachers don't check whether you've done you're homework. I thought I'd enjoy not having someone constantly hovering over my shoulder to see whether I've done all the homework, but now that I get to choose what homework I want to do, I'm not entirely sure I enjoy this new responsibility.
I mean at Melbourne, we don't get set a lot of homework (well at least I don't.) A lot of the stuff, we're expected to do ourselves and work out what we need to study and revise. I skipped my engineering lecture because its honestly that boring. We're learning how to do concept maps for, fruitloops sakes. I mean 2000 dollars to learn how to do concept maps. Really.
I went out on St. Patricks Day, and had dinner at the local Irish Pub called. Puggs. That's right, its called Puggs. We waiting in line for like 2 hours (when I say we, being Andrew, Mina and I. Joshuah (THATS RIGHT HIS NAME IS SPELT WITH A H) and Alice just jumped in line.) Once inside, I had to leave after like 90 minutes. Still it was ridiculously fun, getting into all the festivities and greeness of the place. And I think that's where we'll start this weeks quotes.
Day 65 - Hose
Jack All 27 - Being an ABCMe: pointing at blue shirt bro that's not green
Random guy: it is when we're in yellow light.
St. Patricks day. Guinness from a tap, is an acquired taste.
Alice: I don't like the Pope. He looks sinister.
Alice: Church? The only good thing about it is the controversies.
Oh Alice, that was a very fun lunch time. Let's do it again!
Me: Oh, I'm a bit sick of rice, lets see whats in the pantry. *finds noodles*
This will do... ONOMNOMNOMNOMNOM.
Wow these noodles are really good! What are they made of?
Rice.
Man, when you're sick of rice, get rice stick.
Whilst at Sofia's restaurant "Damn this spaghetti is hard to eat with a fork, it keeps falling off."
Get's home with leftovers. Whips out the chopstick. THIS IS MORE LIKE IT.
Try it with chopstick, its a lot easier.
