Jack All 13 - Politically Obvious

Hey guys! My mind's gone into partial meltdown this past week and I imagine the state of it will keep declining for the next week or so.

I spend a lot of time thinking up topics to write about. On numerous occasions I’ve been given the choice of sitting in front of my computer for another 10-20 minutes doing other things hoping an idea pops up or taking the piss out of someone or something.

Writing a blog is like writing out a message and then pinning it on the notice board at school. Just like you shouldn’t put all your problems you have about life or how much you hate someone, or how they’ve been going behind your back on a public notice board, you shouldn’t put it on a blog. To be frank, I don’t think anyone cares how much your life sucks. I thought that was pretty obvious but apparently not. Since a lot of other people seems to be doing it do you guys think that I should make my blogs a little less neutral and a bit more politcal? What do you think? Comment , rate and follow below!

Shoutout to Libba for that awesome photo last week, Sorry I forgot to acknowledge you.
A shout out to Declan Rowley and Jacob for an awesome effort in the Amazing Simunye race on Sunday. I have a great ball of fun and I’ll definitely be doing it next year. Even just the chance to yield Andrew, was worth the run around the city.

Australia had the federal election last Saturday. The two main candidates were Tony Abbot of the Liberal Party and Julia Gillard of the Labor party. Here's an image I found from facebook.

Tony Abbot

The Caption? "It was this big."

The lead up to the election night had all the channels advocating that they would have the best coverage on the night. SBS had the following on one of their ads.

"On Election Night, SBS will be offereing a unique AUSTRALIAN perspective on the Australian Federal Election."

Damn it, I was so looking forward to a unique American perspective on the election. Why SBS WHY!?

We got a new television. It's pretty cool and we could see the Election in awesome clarity. Here's the TV remote.

Caution: Replace with Fresh Batteries of the same kind, observing polarity.

Whoever designed this remote was a genius. I mean, really if you understood the word "polarity" there is no way you would "observe it" when you change the batteries.

This appeared in the Age 28/08/10. It's an advertisement for Officeworks which sells stationary.

Money not included.

Imagine that, the money is not included! Would you still buy

I beg to differ with seymour's quote, i have done all of 0 preparation and am getting solid marks. It's true in most cases but definitely not English.
