Drinking Milk and Autumn Leaves

Oh yay! It finally loaded.

So doing the novel, hey I'm not in my home town, so lets update you on my life. Currently I'm sitting in a best Western. I came down to get a beer but the bar was closed. So I asked reception for milk. Because.

It's Canberra milk no less.

I'm here visiting my sister. To be honest, there is surprisingly few things to see in the nation's capital.

I god damn cracked my phone screen. Makes me a bit angry. Its still pretty readable and stuff, so I might not do anything about.

Autumn is absolutely beautiful this year. I love autumn.

I'm drinking milk on a Saturday night and talking about my favorite season. Remind me to check my man hood.

But seriously, autumn and all dem leaves everywhere. The temperature is perfectly light and when it rains the leaves just stick to the ground and it makes look so glossy and bright.

I could totally go on about the contrast between the red and light and how that plays with our eyes and makes us happy.

Or moody, autumn makes me happy and moody. Mostly happy but moody at the same time.

Evey year, during Autumn,, Melbourne University is covered in the leaves of the trees. All the grounds men runs around, (literally runs around) gathering these leaves and places them in bags. I don't really understand this. I mean, leaves look so nice in Autumn. They remind us that they're not always the green, full of life soft organism that they usually are.

Rather, sometimes they're just dead, hard brown organism; nature's way to remind us how some of us are like.
