This year has been, for the most part a wonderful year. I think all the 21st this year was worth all the tired days in the morning. If however you asked if I could do it for another year, I'm not sure I could confidently say yes.
There's quite a bit to say about this year so I think I might start with this blog. Not much has changed here. I've noticed that I write a little more positively now and a little more aggressively in terms of getting my point across to the reader. Its more succient and more to the point. Readers are more likely to return and I think I've got a style of writing that I'm comfortable with, using and reusing.
It is nice though, that so many of my friends read my blog now and that they're so supportive about it. Its still kind of wierd when people talk to me about my blog in real life. I don't know why. I guess I've never gotten comfortable with giving advice to a broad audience, especially when its not all applicable. I've written a lot of posts that I'm quite proud of and I hope I'm able to continue writing at this standard.
I guess next year, it would be really good to post more and to have a more consistent writing schedule, but really I say this every year.
So to everyone who has read my posts this year, I thank you for reading. You guys make me want to write another post, to think of new ideas and to improve my ability to write good (its a joke calm down). I I hope to see you all again next year.
To everyone, who has allowed me to invade their homes and their lives to take photos, thank you.To everyone who has used my photo as a display picture, to friends who has commented and liked my photos, to those who have during the year, encourage me to take more photos, thank you.
Like every year, there are friends that I would like to thank. This year, there are a few more than last year that I'd to thank.
Firstly, to the friends I hang out with, to the ones I drop everything for, to the whatsapp group which we self-titled (with a much cringe, such awkward name) of "awesomeness." This year, we have gone to the 21st, to science ball, to lunch and to dinner and to every meal in between. We have taken the road trips with each other, our own frustration out on each other. We took our worries and our hopes, our success and our failures together and then finally after 3 extraordinarily short years we graduated together. I don't know what the new year will bring us, but for the last three I am extremely grateful.
To Mina, Sam and Josh, for all those nights out and the many nights of alcohol. If it wasn't for alcohol who knows how our birthday would have been different. If it wasn't for AOE who knows how our Derivatives course would have been like. Shit, who know's how mech design would turned out if we chose a different design.
To Gab and Amanda, congratulations for all your achievements this year, don't forget about the little people when you're in respective courses next year.

To Steph, there are a lot of things that could have not happened this year, a lot of conversations that would not have been said and a lot of clothes would not have been bought if we both were ceebs talking to each other that one night in the city. If that hadn't happen, I probably would never have got to know someone who understand people (and me) so well.
To my engineering group. We did it. We graduated (except for David, he doesn't count,) and by some miracle we got into masters. Oh god, its been quite a year I think, all those late nights at uni, doing those ridiculous assignment. It was an absolute pleasure getting through the year with you guys. There was eng ball, that cruise and just complaining about those exams.
To David, Danielle and Kristy, thank you for helping me get to graduation. Its been a long yet 3 years, but looking back there hasn't been that tedium associated with 3 years. Its been absolutely wonderful that to have someone check answer with and compare assignments. Its been rough, but we did get to the end and finish successfully. Sometimes friendships are forged when that one common thing is there over and over again; it makes conversations easy and everything else just flows afterwards.
To Kristy in particular, there are some things I don't say enough. So don't get me wrong, I appreciate everything this year.
To Carly, a lot of those assignments, lab reports, lectures and tutorials would have been impossible without your help. It is really rare for someone to follow my line of thinking and rarer still to have the patience to work with me through all those questions despite my impatience. Thank you for your patience this year, I'm not sure my results would have been the same without you.
To Yash and Kenneth, this year we didn't have any of the same subject, yet you guys still made the effort to catch up with us and to hang out. For that I am grateful.
To Declan and Ashwin, we saw through another year even further apart. Thanks Declan for all the help you gave me at my birthday.
To Elliot and my bowling group. Thanks for the bowling. I don't think much more needs to be said.
To Andrea, lets see what the new year will bring.
And to all my other friends, thank for all the 21st, all the great nights out and all the help you've given me this year.
Next year we get driven further apart
Some of us will graduate and move onto jobs
Some of us will not change, finishing off courses
Some of us will study some more hoping for that little edge
No more sheltered lives, no more platters
What happens next year
Happens because of us
We can't wait for the oppotunities now
they won't come to us
But we need to get them ourselves
To all my readers, my family, my friends, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas. I won't be taking a break this year, so I'll see all very soon in 2014.
